Part 1: Benchling & In-silico Gel Art

After creating the Benchling account and importing in the Lambda sequence, I clicked on the digest icon (highlighted) to proceed.

To make it easier on myself I added the enzymes required to a list that I would have access to later.

The week2 enzyme list now visible in my manage enzyme list, with the saved enzymes ready to manipulate.

I chose the HF option by selecting it in the highlighted area.
