I tried to use the Protein Language Model from the notebook, but ran into several problems with the code.

This bit worked all right, but the troubles followed soo after.

And then I started running into problems around the heatmap because the index was out of bounds.

for some reason when I run it, the index is doing a +1 so instead of reading the 19th number it is reading no.20

I can only assume that this is due to start position in line 51, however I couldn't really figure it out.

Again similar problem with the next step: for some weird reason ‘Mutated’ was taken out

again for the next step the code read the mutated sequence but the index was out of bounds for the heatmap
